Afrobeats rave of the moment Ahmed Ololade ‘Asake’ aka Mr Money has confessed he is confused about those who genuinely love him following the success of his debut album.
Asake said the amount of love he receives daily goes beyond his immediate household to the streets, social media and across the world.
The budding singer in a video during a chat confessed with the much love he receives, it has become extremely hard to tell those doing ‘eye service’.
But expressing excitement as he spoke, the YBNL / Empire artiste admitted he was indeed happy with all the love being shown him.
“I cannot tell the difference from those doing eye service and those who aren’t doing eye service. Because now, everybody loves me to an extent.”
“Everybody in my house, my friends; everybody loves me. Gateman loves me. Driver loves me. If I move on the road, everybody loves me.
“But before, I could tell the people that didn’t love me because they’ll be blunt. But now, everybody just loves me.
“So, I don’t even know who doesn’t love me. I don’t know anything again…….”
He added: “If I open my Instagram, Snapchat, it’s all love. Even to the people that used to talk about my pimples before…the pimples have now become sexy. Now you understand.
“For my stature, formerly, people used to tell me, ‘bro, your stature’. But now, everything is just perfect.
“If I wear green on yellow, on brown, zaaa! Dope!! I’m now dope in the eyes of everybody. So, I’m happy mehn!”
