Everyone in life experiences the sting of rejection, your ability to face it head-on, and bounce back stronger than ever before makes you an amazing person.

Whether you’ve been stood up by a date, turned down for a promotion, excluded from a social engagement, got dumped by your long-term love, blindsided by a recent firing, rejected at the job interview, or emotionally invested in someone who never reciprocates the same energy……The way you choose to respond to rejection could determine the entire course of your future.

Ever notice how being turned down stops some people from trying again, while others bounce back from rejection stronger than before?

When faced with rejection…rather than suppress, ignore, or deny the pain, acknowledge your emotions. Admit that you’re embarrassed, sad, disappointed, or discouraged.
Own your feelings with your full chest, cry if you choose to, and then bounce!….Always remember, We move!💯
There is no time for staying down 😁

You may be living too far inside your comfort zone if you’ve never got rejected. You can’t be sure you’re pushing yourself to your limits until you get turned down every now and then.

Rejection is a litmus test that you are putting yourself out there…”You’re not stupid for thinking you could do that”.
Normalise getting thumbs down sometimes👎🏻, … treat yourself with compassion, get indoors and gas yourself up, speak to yourself like a trusted friend and kill that inner critic.

Do not make sweeping generalizations because you were rejected…NO MATTER HOW GOOD YOU ARE NOT EVERYTHING’S MEANT FOR YOU.

NO MATTER HOW LOVABLE YOU ARE, NOT EVERYONE WILL LOVE YOU.

One company turns you down for a job, and you declare yourself incompetent???🤷‍♀️🏻🤷‍♀️🏻🤷‍♀️🏻
You got rejected by a single love interest and you conclude you’re unlovable!
No dears, you are not.
They saw you through their lens, It’s their opinion and it shouldn’t define you.

Don’t let your self-worth depend upon other people’s opinions of you.
Just because someone else thinks something about you, doesn’t mean it’s true.👌🏼

Master the art of turning every rejection you face as an opportunity for self-growth.
Whether you learn about areas in your life that need improvement, or you simply recognize that being turned down isn’t awful as you imagined, rejection can be a good tutor.
Use rejection as an opportunity to move forward with more wisdom.
