Three FUAM students who were kidnapped have been released – police

According to the Benue Police Command, the three abducted students from the Federal University of Agriculture, Makurdi (FUAM) were released on Tuesday night unharmed.

DSP Catherine Anene, the state Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), told the Newsmen on Wednesday in Makurdi that no ramson was paid for their release.

Remember that the three students were kidnapped on campus on Saturday night around 10:20 p.m. while studying at the Engineering Department near the theater hall.

She stated that no ramson was paid for their release, and that the investigation is still ongoing.

Mrs Waku Rosemary, FUAM’s Director of Information, Protocol, and Public Relations, also confirmed the students’ release.
